My intention with every single bundle is to create space for you to practice self-care on a daily basis, create a strong foundation with yourself within yourself to be able to hold yourself accountable for the best version of YOU. I gathered some of the tools I use on a daily basis to set the right tone for each day, bearing in mind that each day is different and my personal best is therefore different each day, however, I can decide what I choose and I can decide from the space of self-love which will serve the best interest of everyone around me.
Self love is not selfish.
It is really not!
It is essential, simply because you cannot pour from an empty jug. If your cup is full, you can pour into others. Spend as much time as you can reflecting on each day and notice how it leads the way from your heart. That ‘s the best space to operate from, you feel that already, I know.
