Light is being born with us

To me personally our birthdays are truly extraordinary moments that transcend simple calendar markings.

They're cosmic celebrations of our very existence: that unique light within us.

Just think about it for a moment - out of countless possible combinations of atoms and circumstances across the vast expanse of space and time, here we are! Each birthday marks another year around the sun, another year of existing in this human form, experiencing and evolving, spiraling. We're definitely not just celebrating getting older or adding another candle to the cake, but celebrating and taking our attention to the miraculous alignments that have brought us into being instead. Let’s celebrate that unique, specific genetic combination that made us into this physical substance, the precise moment and circumstances of our birth, the endless chain of ancestors who came and lived before us to ultimately create a mysterious path to our very existence. Let’s celebrate our unique consciousness, our light that emerged from stardust to experience this rich tapestry of walking this earth.

Every heartbeat,

every breath,

every tear

and laughter

led to this very day.

You see my point here, that the joy of a birthday to me goes beyond chronological time. Of course you do see my point, because your light feels mine…

You see me.

I see you.

Your light knows that it's a special day to feel gratitude for this cosmic magic that gave us awareness, emotions, and the ability to form meaningful connections on this planet. To me each birthday is a reminder that we're part of something mysterious -

we are participants and important elements in this vast universe experiencing itself.

Remember the moto "you matter”?

That’s true, so you understand it more, why I like to highlight that we all matter and when our loved ones celebrate with us, they're expressing their gratitude for our existence too. We do matter, they are celebrating this with us. Those birthday wishes and hugs carry a deeper meaning on our special day:

"I'm so glad you exist.

I'm thankful the universe has brought you into being."

The whole universe is celebrating us with us through our joy, through the joy of our loved ones.

So yes, make our birthday a big deal! Celebrate in ways that feels most nourishing and meaningful to us. Throwing a massive party, singing loudly, indulging in our favorite foods, making wishes, dancing, visiting a peculiar or magical place (I am soaking up the magic of Stonehenge 🪨today with my family), hugging the people we love, because we're not just celebrating another year - we're celebrating the extraordinary fact that we are here at all, that we still get to experience this wild and wonderful ride along the journey we call life. Our birthday is a cosmic celebration, a moment to feel absolute awe at the gift of being in the flesh.

Yes, even on the challenging days.

So yes, make it a very big deal!

Celebrate the miracle that is you, shining your own, unique light into the world the way only you can.

I was born an Aquarius, so I love connecting with the stars, therefore I encourage you, even if it’s not your birthday today, to take a moment and look up at the stars if you have a chance and feel connected to that vast cosmic dance that has brought you here, that we are all a special part of. The stars make a beautiful metaphor for the way we humans are reflected in each other. Our light is reflected in others and theirs in us. It’s not physically tangible, it is a feeling that’s rising from within. Let yourself be overwhelmed with joy realising this profound connection we are capable of experiencing and integrating. After all, we are all connected in a mysterious way, we are all a conscious piece of the universe, experiencing itself in a completely unique way through us. And that is absolutely worth celebrating with everything we've got on our birthday AND on the rest of the 364 days as we go around the sun again 🎂💃🏼🧚🏼‍♀️✨🫶🏼 Keep making your magic!

Always with love

Bee ✨
