My desire to improve myself transforms fear into strength.

Hi there , you, who is constantly thriving to do your possible best and that is enough. That is improvement already to realise and acknowledge what your personal best is on this given day so you're flowing with your needs, your heart’s desire and you can be there for others as the best version of you, even if it means that on this day you are not available for certain things.

Do you see, how that feeds into and nourishes your surroundings?

First it might feel scary, because of the fear of how you are perceived then by others. However, understanding that meeting your needs first helps you be present in interactions in a non-manipulative way. This is strength ✨ I would like to explore this powerful affirmation through these lenses today by unpacking its layers of meaning to me and transformative potential in whatever way it is relevant for you. Because if you are reading this, there is something here for you today, I believe in synchronicities. I see them as the miracle magic vibration✨ There is so much magic in always expecting miracles ✨ But back to this affirmation now 🧝‍♀️

At its core, for me it reframes fear from being a paralyzing force into an absolute catalyst for growth. We can choose every time and it's okay if we can't vote to see the potential first. It's okay to feel the fear, sit with it, use techniques to allow them to move through, because we don't want to get stuck there forever. It's okay and good to look them in the eyeballs though and even take your time to gain the courage to do that. We are allowed to set our own pace, it feels important to highlight that. Always. This is strength ✨

When we acknowledge our desire for self-improvement, even if we also feel the fears too at the same time, we're already taking the first step in transforming our relationship with fear itself. It is a mindful act to observe ourselves feeling fear. It's so empowering, because we can profoundly realise that if we can witness this whole thing, “wow look at me feeling this fear in xyz area of my body”, however still holding an outside perspective of it, the fearful thoughts are not us. The sensations in our body are not us. We are witnessing this somehow and the desire to change this is not at all about not being enough right now. You and me are totally and fully and completely enough right here, right now as we are creating space for the urge to grow for the better. For our own personal best in our own personal lane, never compared to anybody else. If we feel the desire from inside, we are ready.

The word "desire" here is crucial, you probably feel it too, because it speaks from an internal inspiration, rather than an outside motivation, it's rather a burning want that comes from within rather than external pressure. This intrinsic motivation gives us the sustained energy needed to face those fears rather than flee from them and just give in. I gently encourage here to approach fear with a growth mindset. Seeing it, giving meaning to it as information rather than a fixed barrier, might begin to let us recognize that fear often points us toward areas where we have the most potential for development. For instance, if we fear public speaking, or sharing our thoughts and ideas about certain topics (like I used to feel about expanding on these sort of things I am speaking about now) that fear can guide us toward developing stronger communication skills. If we fear failure in our career, that anxiety can drive us to acquire new skills and push beyond our comfort zone. Magic happens when we come out of our comfort zones. It's terrifying first, don't get me wrong, I feel you! However it can be transformed into strength, so fear is not something that needs to be eliminated entirely, it's more about shifting our perspective how we perceive it and change our relationship with it and use it as a guiding tool each day according to our own capability on that day. This is strength✨

This is strength, because each time we face it and do our best we can anyway, we build not only resilience, but even evidence that we can handle challenges. This is strength ✨

This is strength that brings on its powerful magic: it gradually transforms the energy of fear into a form of strength: resilience, courage, and capability, you name it. And it’s your own magic ✨

It's so empowering to become active participants in our own growth journey, using our commitment as an essential ingredient to our own self-improvement as a compass to navigate through even challenging emotions. This is strength✨
